Mangrove was HANDS DOWN one of the BEST places I’ve ever been to eat. The food was outstanding, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was great. We received excellent service from Wensley who served us two days in a row, he was polite, patient, and took great care of our whole team. The Chef himself also came out to greet us and shake ALL our hands which is a level of service you rarely receive from restaurants. Any time I visit Miami I’ll be coming to Mangrove! 🇯🇲

We were a party of four with no reservation on a Saturday night and waited about 20 minutes at the bar for a table to open up. The restaurant is small and every table was taken, but they still managed to accommodate us. Service was good, though a bit on the slow side. The food, however, was excellent! We ordered jerk wings, jerk skewers, fries, plantains, and curry oxtails. The jerk was perfectly spicy and did not disappoint. A live DJ played a great mix of Caribbean music, Afrobeats, and R&B. The dim lighting created an intimate atmosphere, while the music added a fun, lively vibe. It’s definitely a great spot for date night or an evening out with friends. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

What a great find! Our group of four walked in without a reservation to this intimate Jamaican restaurant, and were accommodated. Our server, Jimmy was great explaining the dishes and offering advice. Food was delicious! This is definitely a repeat spot when we return.

Everything about this restaurant is perfect!! We celebrated a birthday and it couldn’t have been a better night. The service was impeccable! Jamie was a star and took time to converse, get to know us, ask us if we needed anything, and was always there to create a wonderful experience - he even asked the DJ to play a very nice birthday song!! The food was incredible and to die for!! The jerk chicken and shrimp salad were fantastic options. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy and paired perfectly with the sweet rice and peas. The shrimp salad was refreshing and had a tasty dressing. The vibes inside are very cool. Will definitely be coming back here again.

BABY/BRAH! When I say we loved this place. I’m not exaggerating. The music, the food, the decor, and service was top notch. We had traditional plate with lobster Mac. OMG it was all good. Ordered desert just because. My wife was humming, bobbing her head, and eatting it all up and so was I. Just go here!!! (I took the pictures of food after we had piled up our plates.
