Cristina was amazing! I came to dine alone which can be a little bit of an awkward experience at a restaurant. She was so warm and guided me to a great choice. Loved the branzino for one. Great live music and atmosphere as well. Service was really sweet and genuine. Hard to find these days! This is my second time here, will definitely be back soon. Everything was perfect! This restaurant is a gem in South Beach. It's a beautiful restaurant, we enjoyed the view of the pool and the live music. We enjoyed the Flaming Cheese Saganaki, the flaming show was fun but the taste of the cheese! So good! My entree, Rigatoni Vodka with Lamb Gyro, was so delicious. The sauce was so flavorful and the pasta was not overcooked. The lamb gyro, such a generous portion and the flavor was outstanding. Our server was extremely attentive, we never had to ask for water refills or drink refills. Next time I'm in South Beach, I know where I'll be stopping for a meal. While exploring Miami, we stopped on Ocean Drive. Santorini by Georgios was a few hundred meters away. We decided to go there for dinner, and the choice proved to be excellent. Each item served delighted our taste buds. The dishes were carefully prepared, perfectly seasoned, and the seafood was spot on. The service was very friendly and professional. A great place, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! This restaurant is a gem in South Beach. It's a beautiful restaurant, we enjoyed the view of the pool and the live music. I was a guest at the Hilton for a week and ate at Santorini a few times during my stay. Once at the actual restaurant, the rest in the beach. Every time was phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, delicious flavors and authentic to actual Greek cuisine. Extra special thanks to Mauro for making our meal extra special with his attentive service.

Overall, we had a nice experience at this Greek restaurant. The lamb was absolutely delicious — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. However, the octopus was unfortunately overcooked, and there were quite a few mosquitoes that made it a bit uncomfortable. With a few improvements, this could be a truly great place.
