I booked a table for two at this highly recommended restaurant, and from the start, their professionalism stood out. They promptly confirmed our reservation and even sent a reminder email the day before our dinner. Although it was quite a drive from our Airbnb on the opposite side of the island, it was absolutely worth the effort. The food was outstanding — rooted in tradition but elevated with unique and delicious touches. We ordered the poisson cru, a dish I came to love in Moorea, and this was by far the best version I’ve had. It was beautifully presented as a tower, and our main course fish was served on skewers — the presentation was truly impressive. The highlight of the evening was a delightful surprise: our lovely waitstaff performed a traditional dance to local music, adding an unforgettable cultural touch to the experience. Just a heads-up — the portions are generous! When I saw the size of our poisson cru starter, I was shocked, and our waiter cheerfully said, “It’s a Tahitian portion.” Fantastic food, warm hospitality, vibrant music, and a beautiful setting — this restaurant truly delivers a Michelin-star-worthy experience. Highly recommended! Food was amazing!! Best meal I’ve had in awhile! Good ambiance and nice staff working there. You have to make a reservation so make sure to call before hand. Also, the owner of the restaurant will come over and check on you at some point during your meal - she is a very kind lady. On this trip, I had the local bluefish with curry-coco sauce, a side salad and the grilled skewer of vegetables. My gf who is vegan, had tofu with Barbeque sauce (not American style), rice, and a skewer of vegetables. We both loved our meals. Also, I don’t remember the name of the blue drink we had, but it was delicious and strong!

We started with the poison cru appetizer which was extremely generous portion. We had 6 at our table and one dish fed all of us. I ordered the Paraha - peue entier with the curry sauce and vegetables and it was incredible! All of us ate the same thing except for my friend. She had the duck. She loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Another thing that really made this experience exceptional was how 2 of the servers would perform Tahitian dance. Really, so beautiful and fun.

The side of crushed taro was amazing! I could eat it everyday. Had the Mung fish and grilled paraha, both tasty. The small show during dinner was a nice surprise. Staff were polite, kind and friendly, definitely left a lasting impression. Recommend reservations
