Vingt4 in Nice is a small gem with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and truly amazing food. I especially recommend trying their gazpacho, melon tartar, swordfish, and my absolute favorite—the pork stew with polenta, which was rich and perfectly cooked. Every dish was tasty and full of flavor. Desserts are also a highlight, with a great variety to choose from; the pistachio crème brûlée and the chocolate cake with ganache are must-tries. This is definitely the kind of restaurant you’ll want to come back to again and again. We had a mixed experience dining here. A helpful tip: making a reservation is essential, especially for dinner after 7:30 PM, as we learned the hard way after being turned away one night. · Truffle Noodles: This was the most disappointing dish of the evening. The truffle aroma was faint, and the overall flavor was lackluster, placing it firmly below average. · Duck: The duck itself was cooked adequately, but it was let down by an overly sweet sauce that lacked complexity. · Chocolate Lava Cake: A classic done adequately. The cake was good, but its richness cried out for the contrasting coolness and flavor of vanilla ice cream, which was absent. Service: We noted a significant lag in service throughout the evening. Attracting our waiter's attention proved to be a lengthy challenge, which detracted from the overall experience. We came here on our last night of the holiday. The service from both waiters was fantastic. Our food was absolutely incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. A great place if you are wanting a traditional French restaurant!

When I traveled, I always tried local cuisine, this French restaurant with wine pairing services is one of my favorites. Staff were friendly, attentive and willing to explain ind details. Food was good, although the steak is a bit overcooked, it was good quality. The wine pairing is excellent, the pink champagne and full boy red wines were perfectly matched with the food. It gets quite noisy because it’s a small restaurant with lot of dinners.

All the dishes were elegant, classy, and flavourful. The pork stew was the best stew I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot of stews!). Pork terrine starter was also fantastic. You should definitely eat here!
