Amazing tasting menu where the dishes aren’t told to you before they are served and only told after you have eaten them. You need to have a reservation and there are only certain times they serve. We were served dishes of salmon, veal, clams, squash, ice cream and more. Each dish was very special. Highly recommend if you are adventurous and want a high quality dinner in Nice.

Not solo-traveler friendly. The staff were nice and helpful, but the man greeting guests at the entrance completely ruined my experience. The food was tasty, but I’ve had better dining experiences before. I had a reservation for one person, and this man seated me at the bar, then explained their six-course meal concept. I asked to sit at a regular table (at that moment, two small tables and one large were free, and later, most of the tables were). What happened next felt like a joke: he offered me to sit outside, where there’s no terrace - just one empty table near the entrance with no table setting, it’s actually smoking place. I refused. Then he offered a seat in a completely empty banquet-style room. I refused again. Only after that he finally offered me one of the free tables. Yes, he was nice and smiled at me, but his actions made it clear he saw me as a lost profit, not a guest. It’s hard to enjoy your meal after being treated like that.

Went there after a day out in Nice with my gf. They serve dinner in two shifts: one at 7pm and one at 9pm. When we got in, we immediately noticed a damp smell, almost mould like. The waiter was understanding but did not change our table. After a while we could not smell the odour anymore but the ambience still felt like it could use some air and natural light. The menu is blind and consists of 6 courses for 59 euros. All the dishes were delicious, well thought through, rich and deep. Two had fish as protein, one meat and two had a vegetable protein. However, they all barely had any carbs, which made them lighter and not as filling as I would have liked. That is the only downside to an otherwise excellent menu. I'll remember on of the dishes for a long time. The service was excellent. Attentive, present, never overwhelming. All the tables were served at the same time, which I appreciated. Overall value is good. I'd happily eat there again and I recommend this place.

The concept of the restaurant was very interesting: we had to guess the ingredients in each plate. The menu consists in 6 courses, from amuse bouche to dessert. We tried for the first time a pre dessert. I'm vegan and there wasn't any problem to adapt every course to my dietary restriction. Pro: two courses had plant based proteins! the only con was the smell inside the restaurant, its seems like mould, but after 10 minutes we didn't smell it anymore.

They make pre-set menus and the idea is for you to guess what you have eaten in 4 courses + dessert. The menu rotates each two weeks. The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the atmosphere as well. We did not have a reservation, so we sat at the bar - which was even more interesting, as we got to see the cook making the dishes. He was also nice and engaging. All in all, worth the money and the time :)
