This is a physically demanding full-day hike between 6 to 10 miles, with 500' vertical elevation between top and bottom. Recent rain events may require hiking through mud and wading through pools of water. Conditions inside the slot canyon change continuously, so bring an adventurous and positive attitude. Entry into the canyon is allowed only if safe from flash flood danger.

Blue Pools is a fantastic beginner canyon. There are 3 - 4 rappels and a scramble/ hike back to the car. The largest rappel is 55 feet. We aim for this trip to take 2 - 3 hrs depending on group size. All of our trips are private so you are not waiting on anyone besides your group. You will meet your guide at the trailhead, become outfitted with the appropriate canyon gear, and then your guide will lead you down this wonderful slot canyon. This canyon has primarily been sculpted through water erosion over time to give us an obstacle course to play in. The canyon is typically dry however can hold a little water after a storm.

The Native American Show at Red Heritage is an exciting and educational showcase of authentic Native American dancing, singing, flute playing, and story telling. Concluding with world class Native American Hoop Dancing! Come experience the passion and wisdom passed down from generations while gaining a new look on Native American people.
