I had a wonderful experience here. On the day we visited, my wallet had been stolen, and I wasn’t sure if my phone would work for payment. I explained the situation and even offered to pay before our meal, but the staff told us not to worry and to enjoy dinner first. In the end, the owner Teresa came to us and insisted on gifting us the meal. Such kindness and trust are rare. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the people working here have truly generous hearts. The waiters ( I know only Kim) even sang Ed Sheeran songs and played guitar to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries! Thank you for making our evening unforgettable.

We had a great dinner here on our last night in Rome. The food was excellent but even more remarkable, this was the best service I've had at any restaurant in probably the last five years. Our server was kind, funny and attentive. Another staff member who may have been the manager also checked on us and made sure we were being taken care of. We received a complimentary dessert and dessert drink which was a very welcome surprise. We sat outdoors in the enclosed patio area which was warm and cozy and offered great people-watching. I only wish we had discovered this restaurant earlier in our stay so we could have eaten here more than once.

Nerone is very well located and has great service. I ordered cacio e pepe and carbonara. The meat in the carbonara was delicious. The pasta was great but it was a bit saltier than any other pasta that I have tasted on this trip to Italy. As someone with an Indian palette, I wouldn't say I didn't enjoy it! But it was definitely over salted

Excellent restaurant. The food is tasty and generous. Prices are fair. We got a nice free small dessert. Very appreciated. Service is very nice. The team is very professional and takes care of you.🙌 They work with a very 'happy' attitude. 🥳 We were served by Joy! Thank you to her and all the team. 🙏 Highly recommended place. 👏

Absolutely loved our meal at Nerone in Rome! After two weeks of eating our way through Italy, this place served the best pasta of the trip — no exaggeration. The carbonara was next-level: rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The bacon on top was both crispy and tender — just how it should be. As a sweet surprise, they even treated us to free desserts, which was such a lovely touch. The service stood out too — genuinely the best we experienced during our time in Italy. Friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you're in Rome, do yourself a favor and eat here. Highly recommend!
