We loved this place.. The food was amazing.. the meats (venison, scotch fillet and lamb) were all perfectly cooked as we had requested.. which can be very hard to do. My daughter devoured the sticky date pudding dessert as well. The manager took good care of us. Great e-order system, we were positively surprised how fast the food was delivered. The lamp perfectly cooked and tasty. We also had venison ordered, it was my first approach to venison and I can honestly say it was exquisite. All very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Meat Board for Two with mushroom sauce and black garlic butter, and it was fantastic. The meat was cooked just right—juicy and tender. I had never tried black garlic butter before, and it was a delicious addition to the steaks. The kids' meals were reasonably priced, and both my daughters finished everything and wanted more. Great e-order system, we were positively surprised how fast the food was delivered. The lamp perfectly cooked and tasty. We also had venison ordered, it was my first approach to venison and I can honestly say it was exquisite. All very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We ordered the Meat Board for Two with mushroom sauce and black garlic butter, and it was fantastic. The meat was cooked just right—juicy and tender. I had never tried black garlic butter before, and it was a delicious addition to the steaks. The kids' meals were reasonably priced, and both my daughters finished everything and wanted more. Amazing little gem of Rotorua! Had the tomahawk and it was one of the best steaks of my life. Peppercorn sauce was incredible, so was sticky date pudding. It was all very reasonably priced too; food is all excellent value for what you get! Very cozy environment and friendly staff. Would make sure to stop through here anytime visiting Rotorua!

Best lamb we have ever had! Loved both the rack of lamb and the lamb stew was so tender and delicious. The wait staff were helpful and personable. Felt like family. Highly recommend and would definitely eat here again!
