First of all we will bring you outside the main stream tourist routs. Most of the visitors in Stavanger want to see the famous PulPit in Lysefjord. We dont do that. We wanna show the beautiful island in Stavanger Municipality and just outside Stavanger Center. Stavanger is beautiful walking the the streets, but why not see the wider Stavanger from the sea side. We will tell you about Stavanger and the history of the vessel RS56 Olav Ringdal jr launched in 1952. It's a dramatic history during it's 30 years Search and Rescue periode. Onboard we also have the signature of Haakon the 7th, Norways first king after the liberation from Sweden. He inspected the vessel before it was put into operation back in 1952. It's a unique atmosphere on board. It's a solidly built vessel for any weather condition. The speed of 8 knots will make it a relaxing tour.

On the way to Ullandhaug Tower, you’ll stop at Hafrsfjord, where a historical battle was fought in the age of Vikings between 872 and 900. From Ullandhaug Tower, you will get a bird’s eye view over the city and Ryfylke Fjords. After that, you will stop at the Swords in Rock monument, where you will have time to take photos.
