If you can get a reservation, and want to spend a bit on a very high quality meal, then I strongly recommend Den Kushi Flori! I will freely admit that we saw this place on social media, but can honestly say that it was worth the hype and the price. It has a cool, welcoming atmosphere, the food is prepared right in front of you and the staff makes the effort to engage with guests and takes the time to explain each dish. The food is Japanese Fusion, and it is beautifully prepared and plated - the taste was amazing. There is only one seating per night at 7pm, so book early. We loved it.

Fantastic kaiseki experience! The creativeness behind each dish keeps surprising you everytime, really some of the best flavours and foods from my trip to japan. It’s super fun to get to see everything plated in front of you, alongside an explanation of it. The relaxed and chill atmosphere of the restaurant makes it even more enjoyable. Portions are very abundant so be prepared to eat!

The whole vibe of the place is super cool. You sit around a U-shaped counter, so you can actually see the chefs cooking and plating everything right in front of you. It’s like dinner and a show in one. The atmosphere is elegant but not too formal—stylish but comfortable. Every dish was like a little surprise. I had things I’d never think to put together If you're into amazing food and a unique experience, Den Kushi Flori is an absolute must when you're in Tokyo.
