This is our third time here, the service is quite good and the ambiance great. The food is okay, but expensive. We were disappointed with the steak appetizer especially as there was a lot of fat. The oysters, pate, escargot were okay. The apple pie was good and also good value. The drinks were about 40% more than other similar restaurants. A regular Hendricks and tonic was 120.00 while we normally pay between 65-75. In search of somewhere cozy and off-the-grid on a night of football frenzy, I visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The service is 5-star as everyone from the security posted outside to the Maitre'd at the entrance to the floor manager (Big up to Mr. King!) to the chef and the server (Big up Ayinca - hope I spelt it right 🥴) were all extremely nice and accommodating. I was on a strict diet and had to ask for some menu changes and their accommodation and guidance were well received 🙏🏼 The food was gooood - no lies told - and the salad was amazing. Would have to visit again once doctors orders are lifted so that I can try the drinks and desserts. There's a nice, homely and romantic feel about the place that would appeal to date nights and solo dining on a quiet evening if that's your thing. I had a great experience and recommend them. Valentine’s Day Experience at Arazzi( $700 pp) We chose Arazzi for our Valentine’s Day celebration, hoping for a special and memorable evening with elegant ambience and the chance to dress up. The restaurant offers convenient parking and a beautiful atmosphere, which set a promising tone for the evening. We arrived early for our 4 p.m. reservation and appreciated the complimentary photo — a thoughtful touch. However, while the setting was undeniably upscale, the overall experience didn’t quite match the high price point. On that day, there was a fixed menu, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. For the premium cost, we anticipated a more refined culinary experience. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. While the staff was polite, our waitress lacked the level of attentiveness and professionalism one would expect at such an establishment. Simple aspects, like the way plates were cleared and how interactions were handled, felt rushed and unpolished. What stood out most, though, was the awkward way the tip was requested at the end of the meal. It felt unprofessional and out of place for a restaurant aiming to deliver a luxurious experience. Overall, while Arazzi impresses with its ambience and presentation, there is clear room for improvement — both in the quality of the food and the training of the staff. For the prices charged, guests are not just paying for the setting but for a seamless, elevated dining experience.

The greeting at the entry was off. No receptionist, the first server didn't provide the full menu after browsing we had to enquire about additional menus. The food wait was long. The soups were salty. The pizza was undercooked and the dough was three times the thickness and not aligned to Italian pizza styling. The pasta with muscles was tasty but very spicy and could not have been eaten. The second server was nice. They charges 60.00 for a coors light. Other than that the prices were OK but not aligned to the quality of the food provided.

Beautiful place in a very centric area. Close to offices in Port of Spain, ideal for work lunch or romantic dinner. They have a good promotion some days of the week, but you need to ask for that menu. Otherwise, they will bring you the regular and will not mention the promo. Which is a 2 x1 of the same selections of pizza and pasta ( it doesn't make a lot of sense to force people to eat the same dish if they are going for the promo). The food is really good and a very generous portion. They have a great bakery and desserts section, too. I highly recommend this place!
