Highest Quality steak. Excellent service. We visited for my husband's birthday and from the moment we entered to the time that we exited everything was excellent. Our host was great he pared our meal with the finest wine. It was not busy since it was a Tuesday after work. I recommend their souffle this is a must. We had a great time and the staff are very attentive. Went for my mother’s birthday. My parents and fiancé had the steak and it was the best steak they’ve had locally. I myself am vegetarian and had the tempura portobello mushrooms which were amazing and the ravioli which was so rich. Our waitress was most accommodating, friendly and service on point. The infrastructure itself is modern/rustic and so beautiful. Buzo is fine dining. The staff is so polite and well-trained. The food is delicious. However, no matter how many dishes I try, my favorite is the Buzo pizza. Im not sure if its their signature dish, but WOW. It's a flat dough pizza without tomato paste, yet smothered in goat cheese and argula leaves. I can eat the whole thing. Lol. The staff actually listens to your needs and can cater to fussy teenagers. One of mine wanted Chicken Alfredo, which was not on the menu, and the chef prepared it. That's great service. I will definitely go back. And I recommend Buzo to everyone who wants a great food experience. Ohhhhh I forgot their desserts. We tried Gelato and affogato. Decadent 🍧🍨🍦🍦

Went for my mother’s birthday. My parents and fiancé had the steak and it was the best steak they’ve had locally. Had my birthday dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. The food was good, but not amazing. Beautiful ambiance, very friendly and engaging staff.
