I love bringing my friends here for dinner! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The beef tartar was absolutely a great starter. My favourite drink is one of their orange wines as it pairs with most of their star mains imo. Their cocktails is a tad bit too boozy for my liking. Favourite mains: Steak with chimichurri, chicken parm, gnocchi, and porchetta. You can’t leave without getting their tiramisu! They scoop it out from the big pan and plop it onto your plate. It’s not one of those artificial bakery ones where the coffee flavour heavily dominates the dessert. It’s perfect 10000/10!!!

The food was amazing, and the service were great too. The tiramisu was absolutely spot on! I'll probably come back every time I'm in Welly.

We were made to feel so welcome, even with a baby in tow. The team is so friendly and kind! We loved our food, the caper brown butter on the schnitzel was great and so was the porchetta. I couldn’t necessarily taste miso in the tiramisu, but I didn’t care cause it was deeeeelicious. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in town!

The most atrocious dining experience in Wellington. We were served by the most obnoxious, arrogant server imaginable. He wore glasses and a tattered t shirt of some kind. It was very obvious that him and possibly the ‘manager’, a short and stout woman wearing a black cloak ensemble with messy hair were talking about our table and people at our table. They repeatedly looked at our table and laughed whilst making eye contact. Several members of our party picked up on this. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and bizarre situation. The food was uninspired, and served on the most ridiculous op shop plates I’ve seen. The wine list was ok, nothing particularly premium but given the service the establishment provides this is not really a surprise. Affordable wines for the masses. The only positive of the evening was the pleasant greeting received by who I assume is the owner when we walked through the door. I suggest he find new staff. The toilets were filthy. Travelled to 50+ countries and have never experienced such a strange dining experience. Will never come back. I’d suggest going to Charley Noble, Kisa….or really anywhere else.

Great atmosphere, good music, nice staff and typical Wellington pricing. Was packed on a Friday night would recommend booking.
