Best meal we had in Budapest. Beautiful restaurant with plenty of seating. Service was very quick. Food was beautifully plated, generous portion, reasonable pricing and tasty. Recommend the duck leg with pumpkin risotto and garlic cream soup with langos (although langos was oily and bit too doughy ). The meat in the goulash with spaetzle was a bit dry. We spent a very nice evening here. The service and atmosphere is great! My friend thinks that his dish was very average, I loved my duck liver, perfectly cooked, although mushed potatoes were disappointing: I understand that using a blender is easier to achieve smooth texture results but the texture changes as well. All chefs know that. All in all I would visit this restaurant again.

We came here for lunch, without any reservation. It was a bit crowded so we waited for around 20 minutes until there was a table available for us. It was worth it! The food was fresh and delicious, huge portions and tasty! The staff is vrey friendly, always with a smile on their face and the ambiance is cozy. Would reccomend. Oh and we got free cookies at the end. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience at Menza in Budapest. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, the food was both delicious and beautifully presented, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Our waiter, Mika, made the evening extra special – he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. You can really tell he cares about his guests having a great time. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in Budapest and highly recommend Menza – especially if you’re lucky enough to have Mika as your waiter. Greetings from Denmark, Emilie & Bettina 🇩🇰
