Came here for some dessert and chit-chat, but ended up loving everything! The desserts and drinks were sooo good, and don’t forget the amazing view 🤩 My favorite was the cheesecake, and the sizzling brownie totally amazed me! The staff were super friendly and always smiling Definitely coming back soon! 😊

If you're looking for an amazing view and an amazing breakfast look no further!!! Amazing view I can't even put into words how awesome it was then the food was also so good... $20 locals deal including a barista made coffee the choices were great. The staff were super friendly and extremely accommodating and I would 💯 send my friends and family here... will be back to try dinner Fantastic 🔟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went for dinner. The staff there are really lovely and attentive. My partner ordered me a cocktail to start, I forget the name but it had a toasted marshmallow on top and was delicious! For entrees we got the gin cured barramundi - it was fairly good but was a bit flavourless and the pork tacos - again lacked a bit of flavour but still good overall. For Mains we got the lamb rump red curry - the sauce was pretty good but that lamb was just perfect! It was so tender, definitely our favourite bit of the night! And the confit duck - now I'm not saying it's chicken!! I'm just saying it's the most chicken tasting/textured duck we've ever had. Maybe it's because of how it's cooked because it completely lost that distinct duck flavour and again did not have the texture that duck usually has but the green rice that came with it was really nice. Overall we did enjoyed the place for the service and will absolutely come back to try more of the cocktails cause the bartenders definitely know what they're doing! But for food, the menu looks really good but I think the execution isn't quite there yet, a few small tweaks and this place would be amazing!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Frustrating Ordering Experience and Inflexible Kitchen We had a very disappointing experience trying to order the Barramundi at Oak and Vine. When ordering, we requested a simple substitution: swapping the Asian greens for any other side vegetable. We were met with significant resistance and were told this was a major issue. After a lengthy back-and-forth, we were only allowed to swap the greens for a small portion of broccoli. The kitchen's inflexibility was made even clearer when we asked to add some extra potatoes. We were informed by the staff that the chef "didn't feel like" making any other changes or substitutions, very disappointed especially as the restaurant was less then 20% capacity (kitchen was not busy!). The final bill for this experience was $40 just for the fish, a minimal side of broccoli, and a small extra serving of potatoes. For an apartment hotel restaurant, especially one charging premium prices, this level of inflexibility and the attitude conveyed by the kitchen is unacceptable. The food itself was fine, but the hassle and unhelpful service surrounding a simple dietary request completely ruined the experience. We won't be returning. We Going To leave and go to another restaurant but due to the time there was not many options, we only dined here out of necessity not choice.

This place is an oasis on the busy esplanade with spectacular views. We enjoyed a bottle of Rosé and their lunch special club sandwich and chicken skewers. The $25 lunch special is excellent value (small selection of meals plus a beer, wine or soft drink). The sandwich was a really good, classic club with a generous side of chips. The chicken yakitori skewers with Asian fried rice were perfectly cooked and tasty. Both meals were of a good size. The service was excellent, the view and setting is hard to beat. We’ll be back for sure.
