From start to finish our Frafre experiance was impeccable. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful and every staff member was so attentive and friendly. The calamari was the best I have ever had, fresh tasty and not chewy at all. The burger too was so incredibly tasty. This was the most impressive restaurant experiance we had in the Galapagos. Thank you to Franklin, Freddie and his team for the GREAT hospitality. My experience at this restaurant was, service-wise, the best I had on the island. I visited during a season when the nights get quite chilly, and the waiter was so kind—he had several blankets available and didn’t hesitate to offer me one, which really made me feel at home. The service that evening was wonderful, and the octopus anticucho was also excellent. I truly recommend it as a starter. The portions are generous and perfect for sharing. Our experience wasn’t very positive. I ordered the grilled octopus and my wife had a burger. The octopus portion was about half the size of what I had seen in photos from other reviews. My wife’s burger came with caramelized onions that were so sweet we first thought it was apple jam. When the bill arrived, the prices looked unusual with decimals that seemed to account for tax. After leaving and reviewing the bill more carefully, I noticed that each item was actually $1–2 higher than the prices shown on the menu. This added up to about $5–6 more than expected. While not a huge amount, it left us with a poor impression overall.

Amazing food the fish called brujo I believe is found deep in the ocean, and I order the big one and what an experience.. the taste of that fish was just excellence!! The service was just outstanding treated us like we were tourist which we were lol.. very polite and genuine person who attended us.. Franklin I think his name was.. but just the bomb how we say in the big LA city

Incredible food and service! Really enjoyed this spot and it was highly recommended by others to us as well. We had the octopus and the tuna and they were both fresh and very well cooked. Some of the best octopus I’ve had! We had some food allergies in our group and they were very accommodating.
