I recently celebrated my friend's birthday at Gastro Sentral, and I couldn't have picked a better place. The atmosphere was great, and the food—especially the delicious burger and loaded fries—was fantastic. But what really made our visit special was the incredible service. The staff, including Fynaz, Medz, Luna, and Quyyam, were so attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Chef Sazli for the beautiful and tasty birthday cake, too. The team's well-wishes and warm entertainment made for a truly memorable celebration. Highly recommend! Nov 2024: Food is alright - been here a couple of times with a discount app and it's worth your while to dine in if you happen to be in the area. Food was nice. Service need improvement - My wife cutlery and napkin was not prepared and given, and we had to request for it. The waitress didn't ask and serve the basic plain water for us. If this kind of services considered as 5 stars hotel services, I would prefer go to other restaurants.

I had dinner at this restaurant as I was staying at the hotel. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, they had to look really hard to find me a table. I ordered a a tuna burger they did not ask for the done-ness so I assumed the chef knew what he was doing. The tuna came out. I would say overcooked and meat was not juicy . As part of Bonvoy loyalty , I had a free redemption for appetiser, I took out a the redemption ticket when I just got to the table, The appetiser never came. I questioned the server who was taking my orders. He came back and said oh, my colleague gave it to another table. He totally was not apologetic or offered to make a service recovery, he said in a nonchalant manner “I will return you, the coupon and you come back again tomorrow night”. No offer for desert or what so ever. This is a Chinese guy with specs , medium built providing service on 3 June evening .
