The dessert was the only highlight of the night. It was delicious and really hit the spot. Overall, we left feeling hungry 😕

There seems to be a lot of hype around this place, but it was just "ok" for me and my partner. I ordered the scallops, and I got one tablespoon of scallops with another tablespoon of decoration. They were so small for some reason. I finished it in less than 5 minutes 😒 My partner ordered the Cesar salad and was disappointed with it. It was 85% head of lettuce with very little on top. The dessert was the only highlight of the night. It was delicious and really hit the spot. Overall, we left feeling hungry 😕

Another reason to skip the high-end name brands in Lima! Apart from excellent food and service, Cosme has a cool decor using bottle tops and bottoms to create colorful artwork. It is a popular place for the locals so definitely not a tourist destination (which is a good thing!). We decided to share a few appetizers to try a few things...Mazorca, Taco Tostado and Conchas Laminadas were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The star of the night was the Crema Volteada for dessert! A must for dinner in Lima!
