Best asian restaurant I’ve ever been. Nice and intimate atmosphere, food was delicious, a lot of tastes, attention to details, and also the service was 5* one. Our waiter Ismail helped us to make the perfect choices based on our preferences. Caviar illusion dessert it’s a must! Also the signature Peking duck!

Love this place! Food was delicious, we tried variety of sushi and the signature duck. Wine list is great! Staff is very nice and helpful. We definitely will come again. And I want to highlight our waiter Ismail, super friendly guy who helped us to choose everything perfectly based on our preferences. Thank you!

The food was GREAT without a doubt. However, the cocktails were not good, and the dessert was not the best. The service was quite weird, generally good, but when it was time for dessert, they laid down our plates, took all of them back after a while, then, after 5 minutes, placed our plates on the table once again. Atmosphere wise 👌. Note that the lights are very dim. Very expensive in terms of price.

Lovely place. Welcoming staff and really fancy upscale interior. Loved the service and how they go the extra mile. The menu have some really unique item which I really loved. They started us with 2 amuses. A fried chicken with a sweet sauce that would’ve been amazing if it was hot, unfortunately it was ice cold so it didn’t deliver what it was intended to do. The second was a fortune cookie which I really loved. It was fun, surprising, unique (but unfortunately not delicious) We started out with the chicken dumplings. It was amazing and the sauces made it even better. The California roll was nice but nothing memorable. The fried rice and kung pao shrimp where perfect but again nothing memorable yet still super delicious. The dish of the evening was the straw salmon. Super delicious, smokey and tender with a great sauce to match 👍🏻 This was by far the best dining experience I had in Mauritius.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the Roovin the head manager, who ensured that every detail of our evening was taken care of. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. But the real star of the show was the chef Ran Rai. Each dish was a work of art, both visually stunning and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the dessert, every bite was a delight for the senses. The chef's creativity and skill were evident in every dish, showcasing the finest ingredients and innovative techniques. What truly set this dining experience apart was the attention to detail and the passion for excellence exhibited by the entire team. The manager, chef, and staff worked seamlessly together to create a dining experience that was nothing short of exceptional. It's clear that everyone involved takes great pride in what they do, and it truly shows in the quality of the food and service. Overall, dining at Ai Kisu Lux Grand Baie was an absolute pleasure, and I can't wait to return. Whether you're looking for a special night out or simply want to treat yourself to an incredible meal, we highly recommend this restaurant.
