THE BEST tiramisu!!! I always rate Italian restaurants on their tiramisu and this one wins! (I'm still dreaming about it.) The staff were attentive and friendly - first class. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was calm. Next time I'm in Oslo, I'll be eating here.

Prima Fila in Oslo offers an exceptional dining experience. The food was outstanding and perfectly complemented by their selection of wines. The Turkish owners are highly attentive, and our server provided excellent service throughout the meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, making it a restaurant I would highly recommend.

This was recommended by our hotel, which was a very short walk. Everything was delicious. We had one pasta dish with seafood, shrimp and mussels and I had a shrimp dish that was delicious with vegetables and potatoes and we had a small salad. The waiter was very nice and helpful The only irritation I had was, I asked for Parmesan cheese which usually goes on top of pasta and when I got the bill they charge me 20 K or’s Which I couldn’t believe and luckily the nice waiter took it off. Told me that when I’m in Oslo anything you ask for extra you going to pay? Wow that’s unbelievable. You can’t have Parmesan cheese with your pasta unless you pay extra food and the dishes were not inexpensive. The shrimp dish was 35KR so dinner was approximately 100 American dollars and they wanted me to pay two American dollar for Parmesan cheese thankfully that was all taken care of, but be aware when you’re in Oslo if you ask for anything other than what’s on that Menu you may be charged and it is an uncomfortable situation but I had to recommend this restaurant for the food and service

A lovely Italian restaurant with great service and delicious food! The tagliatelle seafood was a highlight, and the panna cotta dessert was spot on.

We were really hungry so we decided to stop in here after visiting the Nation Museum. It's got a great location. The food was really good, though pricey (like everything in Oslo). The waiter didn't say much and was a little abrupt. The only seating available was outside and it got a little chilly and there were people smoking right next to us so we regretted sitting out there. But the food was delicious and filling and we had a good view of the City Hall, where we watched several couples come out in wedding parties while we ate.
