Le Chic Shack offers a genuinely satisfying experience, especially for those looking for a quality burger in a popular, high-energy setting. The Food and Drink: We tried two of their classics, Le Chic and Le Shack. The quality of the ingredients was certainly good; the meat and chicken quality was high and both were cooked well. We also indulged in a fun boozy milkshake and a refreshing house soda, both of which were delicious additions to the meal. The Vibe and Experience: The restaurant itself is a nice, popular spot. For lunch, it was crowded, busy, and loud, creating a high-energy atmosphere. While the noise level was definitely noticeable, we were still able to hold a conversation. We were definitely happy with our visit overall. The Value: While the food quality is excellent, we did feel that the price point didn't quite justify the overall service or experience. Perhaps our specific order choices didn't fully showcase the best value the menu offers, but it's something to consider for budget-conscious diners. In summary, Le Chic Shack is a solid choice for a high-quality, gourmet burger, but be prepared for a slightly higher bill and a very lively environment.

Le Chic Shack is such a gem in Quebec City. It is easily one of the most unique menu’s I’ve ever seen. It puts a creative spin on Canadian comfort food, and every detail feels thoughtful, from the ingredients to the presentation. I ordered the Le Chiquito, a perfectly cooked beef patty layered with cheddar and their house Chic sauce. It was simple but elevated. The kind of burger you could happily eat again and again. The signature fries were an absolute standout: golden and crispy, with just the right hit of truffle oil, shaved Parmesan, and fresh herbs. It’s the kind of side dish you keep reaching for even when you’re full. To drink, I tried their raspberry soda, which was refreshing and not overly sweet, and we also split a chocolate milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and indulgent in the best way. Between the cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and inventive takes on Canadian classics, Le Chic Shack is a must-visit!

I had the BBQ chicken burger which was great and loved the bun that came with it, not dry and crumbly. I also ordered the whiskey caramel milk shake which was out off this world, highly recommend 👍. The hot chocolate was great and well presented 👏

A friend recommended their burgers but to our surprise the LA GRANO salad is outstanding!!! Seems like each ingredient was well thought and prepared to combine into a great dish. The location is very nice too. Now my wife wants to have lunch there again before we take off.

The atmosphere and service were adequatem unfortunately, space is limited and we ended up sitting by the window for a date night. There was barely any light and I had to kight up my menu woth my cell phone. My Le Forestier poutine was good, but quite a small size for 22$. Also, the fries were not standard longer friez but rather taters. For a poutine and a beer, I ended up with a 40$ bill with tip. I understand Old Québec is more expensive, but I left underwhelmed.
