When we first stepped into the restaurant, we realized the restaurant was located in a big common area in a hotel with dim night , in contrast to my expectation of a separate section. But my perception changed after we were greater by 2 friendly waitstaff who were quick to respond to our every needs. Food came out better than our expectation! Lamb shoulders were succulent and seasoned nicely. Salmon was grilled perfectly with nice creamy potato smash. Honestly this is more of a family restaurant than a Michelin starred fine dining restaurant, and I am glad we were fed happily. We went for a dinner with our two little girls.In the service team named Tarun was very nice and did the best service. Thank you so much Tarun. We would love come again here. We had a beautiful breakfast, family of 4 adults , we were surprised with a 20% discount even though priced reasonably at $34 per person. Highly recommend, food great & staff are amazing.

We had a beautiful breakfast, family of 4 adults , we were surprised with a 20% discount even though priced reasonably at $34 per person. Highly recommend, food great & staff are amazing.

This is an amazing place and must try if you are in Rotorua… The food is delicious, The atmosphere is calm and soothing!!! The on duty manager Mr. Rajveer is amazing and very accommodating and friendly… Thabks Team for nice experience… Cheers

Ordered a pork belly meal, the meat was over cooked but still nice. Unfortunately the pork belly meal did not come with mash as described. I asked where the mash was, which I was informed under the slaw but no it wasn’t. I didn’t want to ask again so I left it at that. I requested a take away container for my pork belly meal, only to be told I cannot take the food off the premises, as it is not in their ‘policy’, I thought ah ok. How is that even a health and safety risk? Why would that even need to be in a ‘policy’. We’re paying for our meal aren’t we?? Other than that, great customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. Just annoyed about the invisible mash and unable to take food home. We’ll go somewhere else next time.
