Lorenzo, Eugenio, Manuele, and the chef team helped me celebrate my special day at the LA Locanda on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. It was such an amazing experience with food that tantalized my palette! From the Terre Saracene white wine to the shaved pineapple with lemon sorbet laced with limoncello. My main course was a beautifully crafted Margherita pizza with dough that melted in your mouth like you were walking on clouds! Ahhhh! They topped it off with a birthday song that I will carry for the rest of my years. Such an amazing birthday with such sweet people.....like family❤️🤍💚. Please come and stay at the Anatara Resort and Experience the La Locanda restaurant and staff for yourself. They will make you feel like a part of of their home! This was an amazing lunch! This was an amazing lunch! First of all, the service from the staff was at a 5-star level from the seating, pulling up the chairs to the appetizers, fantastic olive oil and bread. And the food - we had fish and pasta was very tasty. And the view! It was an experience of a lifetime.

You go to Italy expecting superb meals but the magic of Italy is finding those meals in unassuming places you don’t expect to find them. This is one of those places. Simple, fresh ingredients put together beautifully and made so incredible you can’t believe. Life time New Yorker here. Pizza and pasta were out of this world! The service is absolutely fantastic! Pizza and pasta were delicious (ravioli and the smoked swordfish pizza 🤤). Unfortunately the cucumbers in the tomatoe cucumber salad were not ripe so very bitter. The supper ended with a limoncello shot and complimentary chocolate. Dinner for 2 was ~ €200
