We had lunch here out first day in Amalfi and it was so good that we ended up having dinner here the next three nights. The lemon pasta is delicious, and the gnocchi are just unbelievably amazing! For antipasti we had the prosciutto with burrata, the octopus and the calamaretti was out of this world. The steak was so delicious, and even the potatoes with bacon, man oh man, the bacon! For dessert we ordered the Tiramisu and the Delizia di Limon, which were real good, specially the lemon one. The service was outstanding every single time we were there. Absolutely recommend this place! If you come to Amalfi, you have to try Taverna degli Apostoli! Stunning restaurant. Right at the base of the duomo, with beautiful seating over looking the steps and the square at the bottom. Plenty of seating inside too. The wait staff were very welcoming and friendly. Excellent rage of local wine. What really sings however is the food. A small but excellent menu, With starters, pasta and main. The price is more in the expensive side, starts around €20-25 and mains €35-40, the food really is excellent and with large portions still offers excellent value for money. I have the octapus slow Cooked confit style in olive oil and woody herbs, one I'd the best things ive ever eaten. Followed by the sea good pasta. Full of seafood and more pasta then I could eat. Wow! We started with the octopus appetizer — incredibly tender, unlike any we’ve had before — paired with a light, delicate olive oil. For our main, we had the catch of the day: baked sea bream. The staff presented the whole fish, then expertly deboned it for us. The flavors were outstanding — the capers added a perfect touch, giving it the richness of fried fish without the heaviness of skin, while the parsley refreshed the palate beautifully. To top it all off, our waiter was absolutely wonderful, offering spot-on recommendations, and the rest of the staff were just as warm and welcoming. This cozy restaurant tucked beneath the church made us love Amalfi even more.

Super cute resturant at the top of the square with great quality bites. Some can be on priced side but very good quality. Really loved the fish here as well as had the lemon pasta but the star was the fish. Overall really good food and great service- recommend
