This is a beautiful restaurant, with excellent service, beautiful views from outdoor dining , and gorgeous interior for inside dining. Congratulations to the staff and manager for excellent food, excellent professional service, and reasonable pricing. This is a truly memorable experience dining here! A lovely lovely restaurant in the middle of Kruger National park in Skukuza camp. Good varied menu, excellent portions, Incredible location looking over the river, and acceptable prices. I cannot recommend enough. I had the buffalo pie and my wife the impala (or some sort of Buck) salad. Both were amazing and we had no room for dessert. Only 4 star because at peak times the service is a little slow but I'm being picky. Check the food pics... If you get the chance to request a server, Rise and Shine is amazing! He literally ran out to greet us when we walked in at 7:30pm. He was very prompt and kept us laughing. He was a beam of light and told us about how much he loves working in the park. The food was also great- pictured is the garlic sirloin and the venison tray for 2.

A lovely lovely restaurant in the middle of Kruger National park in Skukuza camp. Good varied menu, excellent portions, Incredible location looking over the river, and acceptable prices. If you get the chance to request a server, Rise and Shine is amazing! He literally ran out to greet us when we walked in at 7:30pm. He was very prompt and kept us laughing. He was a beam of light and told us about how much he loves working in the park. The food was also great- pictured is the garlic sirloin and the venison tray for 2.

A pretty cool place to dine in the heart of the park! The best part is the river view — we even saw a crocodile while waiting for our food. The food itself wasn’t the most flavorful, but considering the location, the prices were very reasonable. One downside was that we waited quite a long time for our meal, so don’t come too hungry or in a rush. Still, it’s a great spot to relax after a game drive and soak in the view.
