Great open public site, amazing proudly SA food. Warm hospitality and in one with nature experience. There us everything you need in their menu for a farmstall or padstal type of restaurant. Highly recommend. Had a friendy welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff, roosterkoek is excellent. Will highly recommend. Bathrooms really beautiful and clean. Hi fellow campers, we always stop over at this picnic spot when we have our daily trips in the surrounding areas. It's a beautiful place to have breakfast. I am always amused by the holiday makers that forget that the monkeys are experts in stealing their food..I have a good laugh. The food is tasty and delicious. I like the names for the ablutions..Bulls and Cows. LOL. Will always stop for a bite too eat there when we're in the vicinity.

Hi fellow campers, we always stop over at this picnic spot when we have our daily trips in the surrounding areas. It's a beautiful place to have breakfast. I am always amused by the holiday makers that forget that the monkeys are experts in stealing their food..I have a good laugh. The food is tasty and delicious. I like the names for the ablutions..Bulls and Cows. LOL. Will always stop for a bite too eat there when we're in the vicinity.

Wouldn't recommend it. The kitchen doesn't seem to be able to cope with the volumes of people coming through this site. But to wait 45 minutes for just over a handful of chips per box, which cost R43 per "box," is not only slow service, it's an absolute rip off.

We had a bos toastie, and it was super delicious!!! The atmosphere is amazing with many different people from all over the world coming together to enjoy the bushveld and good food.
