Great spot to get Aji de gallina in Aguas Calientes, and try a basic flight of pisco. I would recommend getting some water to chase your pisco, as it’ll open up the smells like whiskey and other hard liquors. Jaime spoke English well to introduce and food and pisco and the terrace is a nice spot to eat and watch the people below walking around. I also got a chicken noodle soup. Having finished my food, but still hungry on account of walking all day, I stated that I wanted something light. He recommended soup, but I also wanted protein, so he suggested they could do a chicken soup, which was exactly what I wanted after a day on my feet at MP. Lovely! We went twice! Would have rated him 6/5 stars if it were possible. To make things better a live woodwind band started playing around the corner which we could hear from the incredible balcony. We went twice! It's a great, cozy spot with amazing food and lots of clearly marked gluten free options. The first time we had some chicken and trout in aji sauce, both delicious, great veggies, then some beef and alpaca. Both meals were amazing and I felt very safe as a gf person.

Green house truly has something for everyone. Peruvian classics, vegetarian options vegan options and meat options. Edy was a great server, a charming lad and looked after us, cheers mate. Would have rated him 6/5 stars if it were possible. To make things better a live woodwind band started playing around the corner which we could hear from the incredible balcony. Thanks for a lovely evening Green house.

We ducked into this spot to get out of the rain and for a cheeky afternoon bev and a snack. We got the causa with trout ceviche and exotic salad with pisco sours. The food was GREAT! We were impressed with the presentation and taste. The service is great. If you’re looking for a spot and you’re not sure -don’t pass this up. While we don’t have dietary restrictions, the staff was thoughtful to ask and the menu offers a wide array of vegetarian and likely gluten free options.

Its a great place! The whole organic concept realy works out and you can taste the fresh, local ingredients. The fish was on Point and the Pisco Sour was a dream on its own. Highly recommend this place when in Aguas Calientes!
