I found this restaurant when researching where to dine in Machu Picchu. It came highly recommended. They refused to not steer us wrong. Javier was our waiter and he was extremely attentive and kind. I had the Argentinian steak and my husband had the beef. Both were absolutely fantastic. We had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and Javier went above and beyond and brought us out a little surprise, dessert this was one of the best meals I’ve had on our trip by far. Fantastic ! I was hungry and irritable ! I was greeted with warmth, interest and care. As soon as you enter you are attended to, seated, and given a passionfruit pisco sour, and chips and guacamole. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, modern, lively and there is an incredible view of the river. I had a basil spritz which was complex and refreshing. My meal was a grilled plate with beef, alpaca, potatoes and a stuffed pepper - all which was incredible. It was no issue to add a small salad. While the food was fantastic, the service is the best part. Everyone smiles and shows genuine interest in you. They are working hard and always attentive. Incredible experience. A very special mention to Javier who really looked after me. I highly recommend and would come back if I wasn't here only for one night !! Well done !! We really enjoyed our experience at Mistura in Aguas Calientes. The soup was excellent, and the octopus was perfectly cooked. We also tried the Cuy, which was one of the best in town. The restaurant is very clean, with a warm atmosphere and extremely friendly service. It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance to secure a table.

Great experience. Super delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We ordered grilled vegetables and trout salad after finishing our hiking to Waynapicchu. The vegetables were amazingly tasty. Thanks to Dennis, he gave good recommendations, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely fabulous place. Mega delicious food and great service. The owner is very friendly. Out waiter Javier give us a great options. We eat alpaca grill, octopus and classic Ceviche salad. Top place. Cosmos!
