We’ve been visiting for the past three days, and everything has been absolutely fantastic! From the warm welcome by Rebeca each time we arrived to the excellent service from Maria, Uiliam, and Alex, everyone has been wonderful. The food has been the best we’ve had in Rio so far! Every dish was spot on. As someone who works in the hospitality industry in Toronto, I can confidently say this place delivers a true 5⭐️. Exceptional food, outstanding staff, and great vibes all around! Went here with a party of 4 and we all really enjoyed our meals. The waiter did forget to order our appetizers but was very apologetic about it. They came once we had our entrees. The outdoor seating is nice on a good weather day. The have some great Caprihani! During this visit , we discovered this lovely little restaurant and we went three times because we really enjoyed their food and their service🤓. Upon arrival, you have a very nice hostess. always with a smile in her face and trying to help, even when there's too many people waiting for tables. The food is local fair and is actually very delicious. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere.Is that on our last day we had the last table close to the road and it was a little bit noisy , not quite the ambience that I was hoping for. The service was always impeccable.The food was very nice.We tried a lot of different things , and they're cocktails are very delicious. As you walk down the road, you will find that there are several restaurants and they will all be begging for your attention. But if you pay attention🧐 you'll see that Joaquina has a line of people going to it and it's always full.It's because it's very good.

Went here with a party of 4 and we all really enjoyed our meals. The waiter did forget to order our appetizers but was very apologetic about it. They came once we had our entrees. The outdoor seating is nice on a good weather day. The have some great Caprihani!

Finally, delicious local fare that matches up to the reviews! We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered - fried tapioca balls, prawn sliders and pulled beef sando. The drinks were divine. Felt very welcomed too, everyone including Hannah who ushered us in & Bianca our server was sweet and attentive to our needs.

You might sit in a tent outside, but if the wind picks up, you will be grateful. Service is excellent as is the food. Some really nicely presented food and the flavours are excellent. It is no wonder gge place is regularly full.
