After hearing about this restaurant from multiple people, I decided to stop by. It took some time to get an outdoor table but it was worth it. Being a steak loving human being, had to try this place when visiting Rio! Awesome service and ambience! Fortunately when we visited, they had horse races going on! Their meat is from their own farms and the steaks were delicious! Sides were great too!

This is a an upscale restaurant with amazing views over the Jockey Club. Sitting outside will give you a different experience than inside in terms of vibes. The staff is very attentive and always around. The meat was excquisite and from their own farm. Very high quality. I can imagine the restaurant being perfect, seated outside during the races. I highly recommend this place and just a short walk from the Botanical Garden.

Absolutely incredible! This restaurant is a must visit - not only was the food unbelievably delicious, but the staff makes you feel so welcomed! We started off with some tapioca cubes as appetisers, which were remarkably good. Followed by the salad - Rubaiyat salad consisting of lettuce, carrots, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, wonton, palm heart and some dressing, that had really nice taste when you mix everything all together. Then, the star of the night, the medium rare to rare steak was exceptional! It was juicy and succulent, just perfectly made. The egg farofa and potato chips were suitable companions as side dishes. The cocktail I got - Cosmopolitan, was also very well made. A big thank you to both the chefs and the staff - the service was excellent and every detail made our night special - from the cosy atmosphere (with the help of candles and nearby fire) to the kindest behaviour of the personnel.

Superb experience from start to finish. The waiting staff are constantly available and very smartly dressed. There's plenty of space around the tables giving guests a high quality experience. You can choose to sit inside if the weather is unpleasant or outside to give the superb views of the race track. There is valet parking. The food is exceptional and also served very quickly. Very highly recommended.
