Had breakfast at Aria inside the Westin Josun in Myeongdong, and it definitely delivered a luxurious experience. The buffet was extensive, offering a wide range of high-quality options that exceeded what you’d typically find at other breakfast spots. While the price point is on the higher side, the variety and freshness of the food made it feel justified. I don’t have much to compare it to at this level, but it stood out as a refined and well-curated spread. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, which made it perfect for a business breakfast with a client. Overall, a polished and memorable dining experience. JY review

I had the pleasure of visiting a fantastic buffet recently, all thanks to a friend I hadn't seen in ages who wanted to celebrate our special occasion. We went to a famous buffet tucked away in the basement of The Westin Josun Hotel, and let me tell you - it did not disappoint. We went for Saturday lunch, and the place was absolutely buzzing. I was genuinely surprised at how packed it was, especially considering how upscale (and pricey) it is! As for the food, it was simply top-tier. The lobster was packed with meat and tasted incredible, while the sashimi and sushi were super fresh and full of flavour. I made it my mission to try a bit of everything, and I did my best and nearly tasted them all. The standout for me was the lamb, which was grilled to perfection, and even the kimchi left a lasting impression. If I had to nitpick, I would say the only downside was the two-hour dining limit. It felt like time just flew by way too quickly. All in all, I am beyond grateful to my friend for treating me to such a memorable meal. This is definitely a place I'd love to revisit - maybe next time, I'll come hungrier!

I called in previously in English in September 2025 to make a booking and I was told that I had to call back on 1 November to secure a booking for December. Called back on 1 November as per instructed, another staff picked up and told me that I had to call back in the morning on 15 November to secure my slot in December?! Complaints to the same staff (who picked up my call) were brushed off with a nonchalant “I do not understand” . I now seriously ponder if I would be told to call back on another date again if I called on 15 November. Is it differential treatment on purpose because I’m not Korean and don’t speak Hangul, I won’t ever know. But I do wish that this whole phone reservation system would be abolished and replaced by the catchtable app so it’s easier for foreign visitors like us to make a reservation.

One of the more high class and popular hotel buffet in Seoul. During our stay in June, we have seen local Koreans queuing up outside the restaurant on numerous days both for lunch and dinner. We decided to give it a try after checking out the food and the environment inside the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even informed us we were entitled to 20% discount since we were in-house guests. The price of good quality buffet isn't cheap in Seoul and we sure appreciate the discount we got as the price per person was Won145,000 for weekday lunch buffet. All in all we were satisfied with our meal, although the variety weren't overwhelming but good enough for us and they even provide each table with 2 bottles of good quality water. We dont't really mind less varieties of buffet spread as this allows better quality control. We certainly enjoyed the seafood provided and love both the sashimi as well as grilled meat, esp the lamb which is really delicious. It was a memorable time spent in the Westin Josun.

There is nothing negtive to say about this place. The food was amazing. Atmosphere was adequate and the attention to detail by the restaurant staff is ideal. Definately a must try if you are in Seoul. 연말이라서 조금 비쌌지만, 맛있었어요. 생각보다 복잡하지도 않고, 추천이요.
