Amazing Korean Feast at Odari-jip! I had an incredible dining experience at 烏達里家 (Odari-jip). The meal was packed with flavor, variety, and the kind of quality that makes you want to come back immediately. We ordered the soy-marinated crab (간장게장) and it was the absolute highlight — fresh, sweet, and loaded with roe. Paired with warm rice, seaweed, and a bit of roe on top, it was perfection. The side dishes were generous and diverse, all well-seasoned and constantly refilled. From kimchi to seasoned vegetables and fish cakes, everything tasted fresh. The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, served sizzling hot. The steamed egg was soft, fluffy, and comforting — a great balance to the stronger flavors on the table. Overall, the portions were great, the flavors were authentic, and the service was quick and friendly. If you love Korean cuisine — especially marinated crab — Odari-jip is absolutely worth the visit! Also I have to mention our waitress “JIN” was also amazing , she helped us since we started ordering and gave us the best decision for making our order, also helped us with all our need. We came here (The Savoy branch) twice during our stay in Myeongdong. The raw soy marinated crabs are good and the banchans are superb. The shrimp scallions pancake is one of the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended if you are in Myeongdong. Do be prepared to queue during certain timing. The first day we came on a Saturday night, we queued for more then 30 mins. We came again on a Monday night and didn't have to queue. Staff are polite too, especially Jin.

Tried the size L marinated crab set. Comes with one marinated crab, one marinated prawn, kimchi soup, steamed eggs and rice. Ordered pancake on the side. Food was delicious, except for the banchan which could be improved in taste. Ambience was great as it felt quiet and place was clean. Staff don’t smile much, but could communicate in English. Ganjang Gejang speciality restaurant. They have 2 branches in Myeongdong. This one is at Savoy Hotel. Their XXL set for 1 person is good for a family. Their ganjang is not too salty. Crab shell is slightly on the hard side but the roe is packed to the max. The crab in the XXL set is around 500-600g, 12 dishes of banchan, steam egg and a kimchi stew. The restaurant is spacious unlike the main branch which is slightly cramped. Highly recommended if you stay around Myeongdong and like Ganjang Gejang like me

What an experience this was! My first time trying marinated raw crabs and I’m so glad it was with Odarijip. The soy sauce one was my favorite and the set comes with many other side dishes. Worth it. Special thanks to Jin for the great service. Will now think about this place when I go back to my home country 😭
