The Bibimbap is better than your typical version, flavorful sauce, nicely presented, but not sure it warrants a Michelin Bib. It’s a small boutique spot with limited seating, and the deco is quite cool. Do note there is a rule of minimum one meal order per person; we popped by just to try it during tea time and ended up wasting one dish because of that.

Bibimbap specialized restaurant with michelin guide rating 🫶🏻 First of all on google maps there is no clear info about lunch break. We came here first time at 15:00, they say it was closed til 16:30. It probably was stated in Naver map which we could have checked in advance. We came back at 16:30 and it was already open. The service is more on the colder side which is also expected as its a standard in korea. But they offered english menu which is cool. Lets go to food, we ordered 2 types one of them was kimchi (on the photo) and second one was pork pancake. Both of them very tasty but nothing special. 😌 Solid 4 stars

Solid bibimbap - this place was recommended by a few others I spoke to. The bibimbap came out pretty quickly and the beef was flavourful. I liked the fact the gochujang is on the side so you can control the spice level. The flower shape on each bibimbap is a cheese biscuit, which was a rather random but pleasant surprise. You can also upgrade to mixed rice, which I did, or a hot stone bowl.

First time I’ve had bibimbap that doesn’t use Korean hot paste (gochujiang) although they do have that option. Has definitely changed my perception of what is bibimbap. We ordered the beef and sichuan pepper bowls which were so good. I would suggest upgrading to a stone pot to get that crunchy rice effect. Such a memorable meal.

One of the nicest food from the family Seoul Busan trip. Clean, light, savoury and delicious. The price is reasonable as well. The lady in the shop is very caring and the bimbibab in the hot stone is definitely a level better. Went for early dinner at about 5.30 pm and not much crowd yet with the exception of 2 other tables with locals. Upon, leaving there are two other parties of tourists entering. Will definitely go back if in Busan again. Worth going and highly recommend. If you are a Mala person, the Sichuan Peper Bibimbab is likely to your palate. The pancake finished by dinner time, however still available for the Pork Pancake Bibimbab. The soup for the need stew is a good compliment to the meal. Though it it another set meal of its own. Thank you for the Yakgwa for our youngest child. He was estatic, do I 😄
