Absolutely phenomenal dinner experience at Sooble. Located on the third floor of the stunning Mipo Cloud building, Sooble offers near panoramic views of the harbour from its modern and stylish interior. The food was simply outstanding; fresh, flavourful and fusion takes on traditional dishes. We got the clam spaghetti, the brisket tteokbokki and the potato pancake, and all three were excellent. We must also recognize the service we got at Sooble as the entire staff was friendly, attentive and served us with warm hospitality. A special shoutout to our server Hyanjin for going above and beyond with his care, and also for providing some great recommendations for our trip along with some wonderful conversation. Thanks Hyanjin and the whole team! I can’t recommend Sooble enough for anyone visiting Busan. Was hands down the best meal of our trip so far.

An unexpected gem next to the blueline park! Highly recommend❤️ Sooble is a cozy restaurant tucked on the second floor, serving western cuisine. For the 2 of us, we had the halibut carpaccio, lamb rack, truffle potato pancake and steamed clam soup (with pasta). All the dishes were on point! Staff were friendly & attentive, ambience was perfect.. the best meal I’ve had in Busan. Note that they do not have english menu but this is not an issue, can easily use google translate and waitress spoke english too :)

Amazing, hidden little Korean casual gastrobar in Mipo with fantastic food and chill vibe. No English menu but easy enough to manage with GoogleLens translate - bar staff speaks perfect English, service was professional and welcoming. We had the maguro (raw tuna) kimbap and truffle potato pancake on the food menu - both dishes were perfectly executed and incredibly delicious!! Extensive drinks menu, including non-alcoholic wines🍷!! LOVED our evening here and the overall experience - would definitely come back if we return to Mipo ❤️

New happy place ❤️🥺 super yum with a chill vibe. Whenever I come back to Busan I will definitely be coming here! Everything was fantastic, super loved the potato pancake, and tuna 🫶

An amazing, unforgettable meal last night at Sooble. The owner was very kind and provided excellent service, she is clearly very passionate about the restaurant. The food was incredible, fresh high quality ingredients and very reasonably priced. If we weren’t just visiting for one night we’d be back again and again!!
