Namaste Haeundae

We stayed at the Haeundae area of Busan and one of our colleagues recommended us to go to Namaste Restaurant. We walked to this place using the Naver app but it was not easy to locate this as it has a small entrance and the signage outside the restaurant is mostly in Korean language. This restaurant is at the basement and it's big enough to fit in a few groups. The ambience is decent and the lighting is good. The staff is polite and took our order diligently and nicely. We ordered the samosa, chicken Tikka, dal fry, dum Aloo, and some other stuff. All of the food was okay to taste. I would not rate excellent but it was good. Its one of the options in the Haeundae area of Busan and is good.

An excellent Nepali and Indian restaurant in Haeundae! The food is delicious, authentic, and full of flavor — truly the best I’ve tasted in Korea. The owner, Mr. Narayan Sharma from Baglung, Nepal, is very kind and helpful. He not only serves amazing food but also provides great tips and guidance for new travelers visiting local places around Busan. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Nepali and Indian cuisine!

Food is authentic Indian food. It's tasty and atmosphere is so nice and cozy. Boss is so friendly and can speak fluent Korean language. So happy with the complimentary dessert. Highly recommended for halal options. Do note they do serve alcohol. However, food is all halal.

We visited this Indian restaurant as we were craving Indian food. The place was fairly empty, probably because we went around late lunch hours. The ambience was nice and the restaurant is centrally located, within walking distance from the beach. However, the food was a bit disappointing. I had ordered a spicy chicken gravy, but the chicken did not taste fresh, which really took away from the experience. While the flavors of the curry itself were okay, the quality of the meat was not up to the mark. Overall, decent ambience and location, but food quality needs improvement.

We tried Namaste Haeundae for lunch and had a fantastic experience. It's a great halal-friendly spot with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered the couple set, which was more than enough for the two of us and everything tasted delicious. The ambience and interior decor were lovely, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded when we visited, which made for a very relaxed meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were looked after from the moment we walked in. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good Indian food in Busan!
