Dining Room Park Hyatt Busan

I had breakfast at the Dining Room (32nd floor) of Park Hyatt Busan, and it was absolutely wonderful. The panoramic ocean view through the glass windows made the entire experience feel luxurious and calm. The buffet had an impressive variety — Korean dishes, Western breakfast options, fruits, fresh salads, desserts, cheeses, and warm bread, all beautifully prepared. Every dish tasted fresh and well-made, and the staff were very attentive and kind. Enjoying such a delicious breakfast while watching the calm sea was the perfect way to start the day. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Busan. 👉 Highlights: Amazing variety of food, beautiful view, and excellent service 💯 👉 Would visit again: Definitely yes 🌅

I had an absolutely unforgettable dinner at Dining Room in the Park Hyatt Busan. The Korean‑style beef tartar with Korean chili sauce was extraordinary—hands down the best tartar I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, and that’s saying something after enjoying versions in top restaurants across France, the U.S., and Canada (especially Montreal). The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of spice and texture. Then came the main course: the Top Cuts Korean Hanwoo beef tenderloin served with grilled asparagus. Ammaayzzzing!!! The beef was unbelievably tender, rich, and full of flavor, paired beautifully with the simple yet elegant asparagus. Service was flawless, and the view from the dining room only added to the experience. A must‑visit for anyone who loves premium steak and refined Korean‑inspired cuisine. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Busan.

We there to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday which was on that day. When I did a reservation I asked for a nice view to celebrate. The view was fine we went during sunset and do take note they allow you to dine in only 2 hours. So when you make your reservations best timing for sunset was 6:15pm so you get a later night time to enjoy. Food taste was very nice but the portion for the cost was too small. Even for my wife she said she is not full. The cleanliness and restaurant vibe was good, staffs were excellent they explained the dishes in English well. When the desserts came I asked for a candle on the cake and a staff help us light it up too. Payment staff after knowing it was my wife birthday gave her a box of chocolates which was a kind of them. Overall experience: 4/5 Food taste: 5/5 Food portion: 3/5 Staffs: 5/5

Really lovely night for us here sitting and looking out at the bridge and Busan. Try and arrive before sunset so you can watch the sun go down and see all the different colours of the Busan skyline. The photos I have can't really do it justice. Service was fantastic. Food was good from memory although you are really here for the view. A bit pricey but well worth it for us! Highly recommend if you find yourself in Busan.

what a RUBBISH 5 STAR restaurant, the food is not fresh, the lobster is moldy and rotten, the scallops are fishy, ​​and the beef quality is just like the cheap restaurants. We ask for water, the waitress give us a bottle water which is costly and we need to paid for it, however, they serve others table with free water, Is the water that locals and tourists drink different? Very TERRIBLE experience, no matter the food quality and the services provided by the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND to go!!!
