Lovely service. Food came not too long after. Chef’s kiss for the vegan spring roll. The beef we had was decent. Grilled fish has some bones in it. Banana pancakes not that great. Nhi and Vui had great hospitality and chatted w us a bit. The boy waiter was attentive as well. Great team. I also like that they asked if we have any dietary restrictions . Their restaurant is on level 2 and 3 and u can look out to the river. Clean toilet and wifi avaibs that can be used by patrons.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had chicken with cashew nuts — juicy meat with a rich flavor. The beef on bamboo was a real discovery: aromatic, tender, and served in a very original way. The calamari rings were tender, in a crispy coating, without excess oil. All dishes were served quickly and beautifully. A great place for dinner in Hoi An, we’ll be happy to come back again!

Amazing riverfront dining, finest traditional Hoi An food we tasted. Fried spring rolls and banana leaf salad were the best we had in Hoi An. Excellent value. My expresso martini was perfect with that Vietnamese coffee. The Cao Lao was tender and savory. Watched lantern boats go by all evening. Service was outstanding. Went late on a Friday night. Definitely recommend for quality, service and value

A great spot by one of the bridges that goes over the river. Has some outdoor tables which can be great at night or even mid afternoon when things are less crowded. All the dishes we had were excellent and drinks were cold. Our server Vui helped us with menu selections. A fun help.

Faifoo Central lived up to the amazing reviews we had heard. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the café’s peaceful setting. Overlooking the river out on the terrace, the location was the perfect escape from the crowds, offering a calm, breezy atmosphere that immediately put us at ease (with a cocktail in hand). The service exceptional from waitress Dao. We were warmly welcomed like old friends, especially with two teenagers. We were offered helpful suggestions from the menu and even shared stories about local ingredients and cooking traditions, which added a lovely personal touch to the evening. We ended up booking Faifoo cooking class the following day with Chef Susan. This certainly was a family highlight of our holiday. As for the food—simply unforgettable. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour. Banana blossom salad plus fresh and fried spring rolls with zingy dipping sauces, each bite celebrated the best of Vietnamese cuisine. Faifoo is a place where great food, warm hospitality, and a beautiful setting come together perfectly. Hoi An stole our hearts—and this little café played no small part in that. We wish owner Susan all the best for the opening of her next Faifoo restuarant near Bel Marina.
