🥥✨ Hidden gem alert in Hoi An! Had the BEST seafood bánh xèo at Pause and Enjoy — crispy, flavourful, and honestly one of the most unforgettable bites of our trip. This place is such a true hidden gem that you’ll need GPS to find it… plus a little walk in, which makes it even more fun 😂 Ordered a fresh coconut and guess what — after drinking, they happily split it for us so we could scoop out all the sweet flesh! And the surprise fruit plate? Totally FOC and such a lovely gesture. The service, the presentation, the food… everything was on point. No wonder it’s so highly rated on TripAdvisor and Google! Just wow. The food here is amazing and maybe one of the best I've had since being in Vietnam, we ordered the chicken fried rice in banana leaf, the scallops and the stuffed squid and it has such a lovely homemade taste my partner said it reminds him of his madeiran grandmas squid which is a high compliment trust me! The watermelon juice is also delicious and not too pulpy

The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and serves delicious food. They were very attentive to my dietary needs, accommodating my nut allergy without issue. My favorite dish was the starter plate, especially the homemade fried spring rolls. The portions felt just right—perfect for two to share without being overwhelming. Appreciate the fruit platter. Will definitely recommend and come back again. Pricing is reasonable too.

Yo, I just had the best time at this restaurant! As soon as I walked in, Daniel greeted me with the biggest smile—seriously, this guy’s vibe is so welcoming, he’s gotta be making everyone’s day! I went for the whole grilled Red Snapper, and OMG, it was unreal. Perfectly cooked, with this amazing garlic kick, crispy skin, and super juicy, flavorful fish. You can tell the chef knows their stuff! If you’re in Hoi An Ancient City and a fish fan, you *have* to try this dish—it’s a total game-changer. Plus, the menu’s loaded with classic faves, and the decor? So magical, it just makes the whole experience pop!

Service was top notch and the foods were great! I can’t express enough how their service was amazing. The staffs were all so nice and attentive. They also offered wifi and fruit dessert as complementary. On top of their service, the foods were also great. My company and I especially enjoyed their bun cha. I would definitely recommend it. This place is certainly more expensive than local restaurants. However, if you’re a tourist and not 100% sure what kinds of local foods to checkout, this place wouldn’t be a bad place to start.
