Easily one of my favourites from this trip! Came here twice and loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is right by the river, perfect for people-watching. I recommend coming late in the afternoon to dinner as the sun goes down, it's a nice time to see the pagodas start lighting up. And shoutout to Viet!! all smiles and super attentive to all guests. :) The food is lovely too - everything seems well made even the starters. The beef in bamboo and fried fish (mains) are superb! Prices aren’t crazy either for the quality you get it’s definitely affordable.

Food & cocktails were amazing. Service was attentive and very helpful. Lovely courtyard setting yo dine by the river and not be hassled by passing traders! Definitely a must if you’re in Hoi An and you’re wanting traditional Vietnamese food. You won’t be disappointed 😊👌

I stumbled upon Grandma's Kitchen, a restaurant nestled in a quiet alleyway. The name immediately captured my sense of warmth and simplicity, and the dining experience far exceeded my expectations, making it a culinary highlight of my Hoi An trip. Upon entering, the staff greeted me with warm, genuine smiles, and their attentive service continued throughout my meal. Whether recommending dishes or answering my questions, they displayed exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. Every dish was a feast for the taste buds. That day, we ordered nearly every Hoi An specialty on the menu. Surprisingly, every dish was incredibly delicious.

Went here for dinner while in Hoi An and it was a solid place with nice staff. The food was good and the staff very attentive as well. The place is very close to the Japanese bridge, so very central and accessible. Prices were moderate and they serve cold beer which is exactly what you need in a hot day. The salads were very good and exotic, we tried the coconut one and the banana, both good. So if you are looking for a solid place to eat this is a good option while in Hoi An.

We found this place by accident when we were walking along the Hoi An waterfront. We really enjoyed it. It was very, very tasty. It was one of the most delicious dishes we've had in Vietnam. And the staff is very attentive, kind and helpful. Thank you so much! Hello from Kazakhstan 🤍🪴 Көп рақмет! 🥹
