Food … 1/10 Very bad we ordered fried rice and few other dishes which took almost 40 mins to get. That’s still fine if the dishes where good but unfortunately it was terrible Service 1/10 Half of the items on the menu are either unavailable or not served at that time of the day Atmosphere 9/10 This is the only good thing about this restaurant the ambience and atmosphere is good

We ordered Arabic Rice, Butter Garlic rice, Classic chicken grill,Erimadhuram chicken grill and Brownie with icecream..Atmosphere is nice and the service is fine.But the food is not worth for the price. The taste of the rices were below average. Both the grill was just ok And the brownie was Very hard.Overall we did not liked it.

The ambience was nice. From the outside, the place looks small, but inside it’s surprisingly spacious, clean and neat. We ordered mainly grilled mutton ribs, classic chicken and beef pollichath along with butter naan and Kerala paratha. The grilled mutton was disappointing— the quantity was very less and not up to expectations. The beef and chicken were okay, while butter naan was excellent. Service was average. We also ordered black tea and pineapple juice, but after a long wait and no updates from the staff, we had to cancel those. Parking facilities were fine.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family for a very intimate dinner, and it was a complete disaster, with pathetic food and poor service due to understaffing or poor management. The only redeeming factor is the space and greenery, but even that can't make up for the terrible management. I don't understand how this restaurant managed to get a 4-star rating. Starting from the parking space to the food ordering the experience becomes very terrible. I doubt if they have a proper chef. I ordered a fish mango curry, which I regretted after just tasting the gravy. As a suggestion to the hotel management, "send your so-called chef to Paragon restaurant for a one-month tuition". The food is super overpriced, not at all tasty and the overall experience cannot be justified for the price you pay. Avoid this place unless you want to throw your money away.

• We ordered the grill platter and felt like it was not suitable for eating with a lot of people , I recommend making it a straight or long flat plate where everyone eating at the table can see what food they want and can pick their food (or the pieces of chicken given) to their wish. • Other than that the ambience is pretty good , I felt a small smell in the cabin and the washroom is pretty far but these are minor faults and everything else was good . • tho when we ordered some tea and drinks we told the waiter in which order to give but they gave in the normal order (we told them to give tea with the food but gave tea first) ... 3/5
