The best restaurant. Went here after reading alot of reviews. Waited for almost 70 minutes. But all the wait was worth it. The Chettinad Chicken was tasty. It’s famous for Biryani but one can debate about it , decent taste though. All these amazing dishes and ending up paying less than 250/300 per person!!! That’s the reason people do wait here for longer time. Super tasty and super affordable. So I had to give this a try, ordered the chicken biryani.. the taste what I felt was blunt. So I had to add up the Chutney to make it spicy. But gave me a different taste which I had never tasted before. So I kind of liked it. The chicken was well cooked and soft. The cost for a biryani was Rs.230, which i felt was decent enough. The parota was looking very nice as the person opposite had ordered that along with Chicken stew but I was already full so couldnt order that. There are hell lot of options that one can try. So you try other dishes.. Paragon Restaurant is iconic for a reason. I personally liked their dessert (tender coconut pudding), the texture, the sweet balance, too good! Chicken Biryani is 10/10. Highly recommend this place. Apart from the waiting time, it's all top notch.

Highest rated restaurant in Kozhikode. Very busy. Waiting time will be more than 20 mins and in peak noon time it will be more than 30 mins. It's like the entire city wants to eat at this restaurant. When we tried the food we knew why. Why tried nool parota , beef curry , prawns fry(you can skip this) the prawns come with the entire shell. Rest all was perfect. Beef briyani is the best. Tender coconut payisam is a must try dessert.

The last thing you'd want for your lunch is wait for an hour to get in. So your mood is kind of already spoiled before you enter. The mutton biriyani was barely passable with a huge chewy peice. The biriyani itself was not to my liking, being a little sweet. Rest of the fare was average . The desert was the only saving grace
