The food is authentically Keralan and tastes excellent – I really enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are helpful. It can get quite busy, so if you're in a group larger than two, you might find it difficult to get a table. Booking in advance is recommended, and you can do this through Google Maps.

I don't know why this restaurant such a hype... In front of it there we saw images of celebrities who has visited.... But whyyyyy Food is not worth the money... We ordered 3 fish curry meals, which is just ok & when we asked for extra sides... We didn't get it. Then ordered Uruli choru, the beef curry was nice, i liked it. Then biriyani it was ok-ok. Talking about service... It took much time to serve the food. Facilities were poor. They had 2 toilets which is in upstairs.. Which will be difficult for elderly & i saw one getting troubled because of it. One of the toilet's flush is not working also no tap and bucket & in the other toilet lock is not working. Overall not a best experience.

We went there with very high expectations as read many good reviews but it was not up to the mark. It looks like they could have given up or the management has changed.

Bad food, even worst service, server was extremely rude as if we ate for free , ordered biriyani parcel received rice with chicken 65 and no masala,and 1 fish meals which we had dine in was decent but fish fry which swimming in oil not ok. Never going back and do not PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, waste of money time and pride .

Poor hygiene and pathetic customer service. We ordered Chicken 65 and found a fried ant in the last pieces. When we informed the staff, there was no apology—just a casual “okay okay.” Shockingly, the full charge was still added to the bill. When we raised it with the manager, instead of taking responsibility, he argued that since we had eaten half the dish before noticing the ant he said only half the amount could be discounted. The manager even said “it’s just an ant, what harm is it gonna make?”—an unacceptable response to a food safety concern. After a long conversation to make them understand their flaw which they clearly did not own ,they finally removed the full charge, but with a very rude and dismissive attitude. This shows not only unhygienic food but also an unprofessional and unethical way of dealing with customers. Definitely not recommended.
