Lovely restaurant, food was great and very reasonably priced for the old town. Service was welcoming and pleasant. Really feels like stepping back in time whilst in there, lovely atmosphere. We went mid week and it got really busy around 8pm so would recommend making a reservation, great place :)

What an amazing restaurant! My friends and I ate here on our last night in Prague and were able to change from a 2 person reservation to a 5 people last minute. Our server ROMAN was so lovely-he was very fun to talk to! The food was simply delicious- hearty& satisfying. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The sturdy wooden tables, dim lights, years worth of candle wax and medieval vibes paired with classic Czech beer made for a very cozy get together. For food we had the roasted duck, pork tenderloin, chicken schnitzel, Svíčková Reasonable prices! Would definitely come back.

We had a diner my wife and I, we ordered soup and a main plate, plus drinks. Very nice quality at affordable price. Food is "homely cooked" with enough quantity and service great... Bravo to keep this!

“Dungeon style” eating - pretty cool for a casual meal! Food was yummy, portions are fair, and the price is decent. I’d come back here again. Soup bowl also comes with a basket of fresh bread. I suggest you try that with your meal! The melted candles everywhere really give it the perfect aesthetic.
