We visited Pasta Fresca in Prague after seeing Mark Wiens’ recommendation, and it was absolutely worth it! We went without a reservation and waited around 30 minutes for a table, but every minute was worth it. The service was warm and attentive from the start. We ordered the burrata with pepper panzanella and the beef tartar with smoked mayonnaise and fennel to start, followed by the tagliatelle with black truffle and butter for me, and the rigatoni with slices of beef, green pepper, tomatoes, and parmesan for my husband. Every single dish was delicious, perfectly prepared, and arrived without a long wait. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. At the end, when the bill was about to be processed without the service charge, we made sure to ask the waiter to include the 10% because they truly deserved it. Overall, a 10/10 experience — excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we definitely want to go back again before leaving Prague. Visited this place last Saturday - despite it being peak hours the wait wasn’t long, even without a reservation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. As for the food it was also great, the portions were big and worth the price. The pasta from the daily special menu was marvellous as well as the food from the regular menu. The flavors exploded in my mouth, and I truly enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was pleasant and cozy. You can watch the food being made live. I simply had an amazing time. Pasta Fresca had crazy delicious Italian food. The food is made with simple and fresh ingredients. This place looks small from the outside, but it's huge inside with underground seating. Ambience was amazing, and service was excellent. We tried their Spaghetti aglio e olio and their chicken Gnocchi. This is hands down by far the best gnocchi I had. It just melts in your mouth. Their aglio e olio was also made to perfection. We liked it so much that we came back to get some more for take-away before leaving Prague. Their Tiramisu is also really delicious, but the highlight for me was their Pannacotta. We came back again for their Pannacotta too before we left Prague. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Authentic Italian pasta. Beautiful flavors. The spinach pasta is just amazing. We reserved via the website and were seated quickly. The vibes are great. The service was top-notch especially by Milana. Highly recommend.
