Apparently a very popular javanese restaurant in Yogyakarta. I was lucky to not have to wait to be seated when I ate here the other evening. The place is nice, on 2 floors. They have a lot of choices both in food and drinks. A band came to play some songs on the upper floor around 8pm. It's not really a quiet restaurant but if you don't mind the sounds (and if you like live music !), you will have a very good time. They told us it was a place where locals usually went. So we decided to try it. We have nothing bad to say about this place. On the contrary, it was good service, a nice atmosphere, and very good and tasty food. We ordered mango juice, "Jangan Dhong Telo soup"(yucca leaf soup), "Bebek Borobudur" (Borobudur-style duck), and "Nasi Goreng Den Bagus e" (fried rice with meat skewers). Everything was delicious. 5⭐ Dining Experience. We went on a weekday and it was not crowded. Ordered a variety of the local specialties and really enjoy it. Recommend to have a meal here if you are in the area. 👍

Apparently a very popular javanese restaurant in Yogyakarta. I was lucky to not have to wait to be seated when I ate here the other evening. The place is nice, on 2 floors. They have a lot of choices both in food and drinks. A band came to play some songs on the upper floor around 8pm. It's not really a quiet restaurant but if you don't mind the sounds (and if you like live music !), you will have a very good time.

Even though the queue is take so long to get a table, the service is very unique with typical Keraton clothes, the food is also delicious and relatively cheap. I like the atmosphere here even though it is a bit hot because of the crowd..
