It was my birthday today, and after checking TripAdvisor for the top-rated restaurants in the area, we chose this one for its highly recommended steak. We ended up wanting to try everything on the menu and enjoyed three wonderful courses paired with two bottles of Chianti. The Ribeye was, without doubt, the best I’ve ever had in Italy and I’ve visited most major cities. The pork ragù with tagliatelle and burrata was absolutely delicious, and the tiramisu was honestly the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend Casa Del Vin Santo an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

We will remember this place forever, the tastiest dishes of our lives! The steak was incredible, melting in your mouth. The truffle pasta was so delicious and affordable, with raw shavings of truffle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will come back!

Stopped in on our first night in Florence. The food was amazing, they ended up giving us two limoncello on the house. We got the truffle pasta and the pesto and burrata pasta. They speak English probably better than we do. Awesome!! We would go back anytime!

Linden and his team were amazing! We really enjoyed the meal. Linden had a great wine recommendation. The staff were attentive and the food was stunning. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to have an enjoyable experience for our last night in Florence. Would recommend stopping by on your next Florence visit

I had a fantastic experience here. My waitress—Annalella (hope I’m spelling that right!)—was incredibly warm and welcoming. She took the time to help me choose a wine that matched my taste perfectly. I ordered a pizza that came out extra crispy (check the photo). About halfway through, another waiter unexpectedly brought me a fresh, less-burnt pizza (no photo), explaining the manager was embarrassed the first one had even been served. Honestly, they didn’t need to go that extra mile—I’ve had much more burnt pizza elsewhere—but I really appreciated the transparency and care. The service alone makes this place worth recommending. And yes, the wine and pizza were delicious—both the first and second time around.
