⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience! I had an amazing dinner here — the Fiorentina steak was absolutely outstanding! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor — easily one of the best I’ve had in Italy. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, and Antonio, my waiter, made the evening even better with his friendly and attentive service. He gave great recommendations, including a perfect wine pairing for the steak. Overall, an unforgettable Tuscan dining experience — highly recommended. Modern and very atomosphetic. Perfect for s romantic date. Really enjoyed truffle carbonate and squid ink pasta. The latter were presented especially beautifully eith rich saffron cream (that somehow tasted like uni sea urchin cream 😍) An absolute gem. Did not feel at all like a tourist trap despite predominantly being filled with tourists. High quality food. Amazing steaks. Amazing pasta. Excellent service. If you can’t get out of the centro to finds something in a neighborhood, this is a great option.

Highly recommend the octopus appetizer, it was our favorite plate! The sausage pasta was also a big hit. We didn’t love the scallops or lobster pasta. Lobster pasta didn’t have a lot of flavor or and the chunks of lobster were more grainy than were used to. Scallops weren’t seared as much as we typically enjoy them. Friendly service and clean restaurant near the canal.
