한국인 분들~~ 꼭 가보세요. 현지인들이 아주 많은 친절한 맛집입니다! The dish I ordered was a truffle-infused tenderloin steak, served with spinach on the side. It was ansolutely amazing restaurant where I went. I ordered my steak medium rare, and the meat was absolutely delicious. I don't recall the waiter's name, but he was a nice employee wearing glasses. Even though I don't speak Italian, he served me kindly in English. The restaurant atmosphere was also really great. Since I only had a few days in Florence, I'm just so disappointed I won't be able to go back.

Flavor was good but food was not cooked thoroughly. I would say maybe this could be a difference in culture regarding the steak being too rare, we were warned that the steaks in Florence would be rare, but we did ask for medium and it was still very raw. I also got the truffle pasta, one of their best selling and the pasta was way too hard. Was not cooked for long enough. And no, it’s not Al dente because it still should’ve not been that hard. I was very hungry so I just ate it all because I know if I asked for it to be recooked, they would have to completely make a new one because how can you reboil pasta that’s already mixed with sauce? but the waiter was asked to recook the steak because my sister could not eat it. Over all they were nice about it but I was disappointed in the food. Truffle pasta was 26 euros and filet tenderloin was 28 euros. Steak was worth the money but pasta was not, the truffle kinda saved it though. They were very generous regarding the bread and even brought seconds for us!

Solo diner-so comfortable. Lovely, no overly loud music. Classy. AND THE FOOD-that seafood pasta had me holding my head in my hands in ASTONISHMENT. It’s fantastic. Cannot miss it. So grateful :)

What an Italian treat it was to dine here and enjoy the stories and incredible service from Valentino. The tasting menu was the perfect amount of food and so tasting from every section of the menu. Valentino allowed us to start with white wine, which was great for the 93-degree day. Food came so quickly and at the perfect pace. The only reason for 4 stars for the atmosphere is because it's blistering hot outside and eating meat while hot is less than ideal, but the service made it enjoyable.
