Foods are all good. We loved egg benedict, omellete and blue berry pankes here! All staffs were so nice and welcoming! Loved the decoration on my capuccino too. They gave my little daughter a pink baloon for greetings! Highly recommend this place. We had breakfast at Rooster in Florence and it was absolutely amazing! The food tasted just like home, perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, amazing Bloody Marys with toppings, and great waffles. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the perfect place if you’re craving a real American style breakfast while traveling in Italy. A huge thank you to Bobby, who gave us outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and loves what he does. If you’re visiting Florence and want a hearty breakfast with great vibes and even better service, Rooster is a must! We had veggie omelette, chicken waffle, and avocado toast with smoked salmon. What a great place. Bobbie our server was so helpful and friendly. I know it seems crazy to eat American food in Italy but after 5 weeks travelling Europe it felt good to have some different flavours and this definitely delivered. Everything was delicious with generous servings. Would definitely go back!

Bobby was a really great host with a cool moustache and pleasing personality. The atmosphere was chic and the menu selection was what we needed for brunch. I ordered the acai bowl and it was perfect. Would highly recommend and come back again.
