Highly recommended! Every dish was beautifully presented, showcasing the exquisite Hokkaido ingredients. The Hokkaido wine recommended by the sommelier was delightful and paired perfectly with our meal. The waitstaff were attentive and always greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing our dining experience.

Dining here was nothing short of a feast that perfectly blends classic tradition with modern sophistication—just like the two stunning artworks that greet you at the entrance. This is an absolutely recommendable French restaurant. You'll be charmed by the radiant smiles of the service team and blown away by the chef’s innovative sensory experiments. Sitting here, savoring the dishes, you’ll feel drawn into the unique and immersive atmosphere of the space. Since I was driving, my girlfriend opted for the wine pairing—a true celebration of fine wines—while I went with the non-alcoholic pairing, which left me equally astonished with its thoughtful and intricate combinations. We originally thought we’d arrive late and called twice to reschedule. What left a lasting impression was the simple yet comforting response: “Don’t worry, we’ll wait for you.” Here, it’s not just about the food and wine. Everything—every detail—strikes you with awe, admiration, and a sense of gratitude. Thank you, Chef, and the amazing service team. I had a truly wonderful time here and can’t wait to return when I visit Hokkaido again.

Excellent lunch with addon own selection of top Hokkaido wines from Takahiko D10 and Suzuki. Every dish was nicely presented and delicious. Aki san and team were most attentive and accommodating. Now my favourite French restaurant in Sapporo. Good wine list of French and Hokkaido wines.

It was the most moving French dining experience of my life. Not only was the food delicious perfectly, but I was also deeply impressed by the impeccable service provided by the staff. It makes me wonder about the amount of effort required to achieve such a level of perfection in both quality and service. I would love to have the same course again.
